THIS GAME WAS CHOOSEN BY THE JURY OF THE GLOBAL GAME JAM 2015 AS THEIR FAVORITE

 

Proximity is a game made at first during the Global Game Jam 2015. We then went to finish it and polish it further.

It is now playable on Newgrounds.

 

The game lets you play as one (or two if you play solo) of those two poor souls who are stuck in a weird place with a bomb attached on their torso.

 

Guide them through 15 levels but be careful, if you are either too close or too far from each other you might end up with your head blown up.

BE CAREFUL : Proximity is hard, and extreme, it's how we love games.

 

 

Work / Skills used

 

- Participation in meetings and decision-making about the Game Design / Teamwork 

- Creation of graphic assets and Menu / Photoshop, Illustrator 

- Importation of most assets and all the animations inside Unity / Unity 

- Event Scripting in C # / Scripting

For Proximity, we were 6 to deal with the game and its rules, I was part of the 3 that were programming. 

Regarding the game itself, I programmed in C # and added most assets inside the engine and all the  animations via the Unity game animator.
